Working as an in-house consultant we repositioned the 115-acre master-planned community in Northern Belize to differentiate Orchid Bay from Central American competitors and support increased prices. Additionally, we recommended and put in place a sales infrastructure and US-based sales team, which accelerated sales volume and facilitated new product launches.

Spruce Peak at Stowe/AIG - Stowe, Vermont

AIG's Spruce Peak at Stowe is a mixed-use resort development at the base of Stowe Mountain Resort. Working as one of the project’s first employees, Lindsay established the development brand, foundational marketing and an experiential marketing platform for seeding project loyalists and brand evangelists. Lindsay’s marketing efforts resulted in record-setting phase sell-outs of Spruce Peak’s homesites, Mountain Cabins and a Founder-level club offering.

La Estancia de Cafayate - Cafayate, Argentina

La Estancia de Cafayate is a 240-acre, $100M+, vineyard-based resort real estate development located in Argentina’s northwest. Working as an in-house consultant we developed and project-managed a strategic marketing plan for the initial development phase, which sold out at the target price and date. We also developed a project brand project brand and standards and trained the development team on brand use and future applications.

Taos Ski Valley - Taos, New Mexico

As a complement to our market analysis and development advisory work, we have worked with Taos' new ownership team to develop a marketing and sales plan, guiding the new development's initial  and subsequent real estate offerings. Working from our direct research of Taos' skier database and indirect research of the greater market we identified the resort's most compelling brand characteristics from which we crafted a project landscape and recommendations for attracting new resort loyalists.
